Secretary

Report to 2 Directors: Director of Sales and MD of Asia South

Job Description:

* Provide secretarial to both Directors and administrative support to their team

- coordination of day-to-day activities

- scheduling of appointments and meetings

- travel arrangements for team

- correspondences, typing, faxing and filing

- assist in preparation of multiple regional reports with tight deadlines

* Maintain good communication flow within departments and regional offices.

* Handle logistic arrangements for regional activities

* Handle and organise ad-hoc projects and activities

 

Required Qualifications:

* Excellent command of English language is essential

* GCE 'A' level or good GCE 'O' level

* 4 - 6 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in an MNC.

* Proficient Microsoft Office skills including powerpoint

* Able to handle multiple tasks and to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Adaptable, with strong communication, prioritisation and organisational skills.

* Able to start work as soon as possible

 

Salary range: $3k - $3.5k
