RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide field service support on UPS and monitoring system (maintenance, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting & repair)
• Provide quality service and timely follow-up with customers
• Provide recommendation and quotation for repair or parts replacement work
• Timely report submission including the Wireless system
• Plan and schedule task assigned by supervisor or manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in UPS industry.
• Proficient in handling technical and service issue.
• Ability to work independendtly.
• Strong analystical skill and resourceful in problem solving.
• Team player with good discipline and positive work attitude.
• Passion for service and customer oriented.
• Good interpersonal and customer relation skills - Possess class 3 driving license.
