Regional Service / Application engineer (Plant and Paving machinery)

Reporting to the Regional Director of Australasia, and responsible for the Australasia markets, with full responsibility for all Plant and Paving Products in the region and as well for development and maintenance of the existing and future business.

Commissioning and Organize all Technical / Service Trainings
Manage and Develop Aftersales network (dealers / agents / direct sales) to increase all Products Sales.
Build up Dealers' Product Support Capabilities by Identifying Training Needs and Providing Direct Technical Support.
Build Up and Handle all Service / Parts After Sales Support / Business
Assist with Product Problem Management and Facilitate Communication between Product Group Service and Dealer Service.
Provide Plants / Paving Products Expertise in the Development and Implementation of Australasia Marketing Strategy for Plants / Paving Products Support.
