Project Manager (Inkjet Printer Product Development)

Your primary role is to lead a cross-functional team in delivering new product programs. Besides leading and managing development team(s) together with the cross-functional program teams, you are also the business manager responsible to drive business results from all functions in the new product development process, including Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Satisfaction and Service & Support, from conceptual stage to post-product release. You are required to provide overall program leadership, drive decision-making, mold organization dynamics, navigate demanding priorities, harness business partnership, and provide guidance to the program team(s) in order to meet business objectives.

Requirements

Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ME preferred) /Science/Business
Minimum 10 years of working experience, preferably 5 years in project management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good program management skills
Strong leadership in cross-functional team
Experienced in inkjet technologies

Scope

Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
Reviews, updates and seek approvals from Leadership Team at key milestones
Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles
Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with external customers and vendors as needed
Assigns and monitors work of project staff, providing technical support and direction
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation
