Program Manager (OEM product development)

Your Primary role will be to lead a cross-functional team in delivering programs to meet the company’s strategic goals. You will work with OEM printer customers in understanding specific need for customization. You will manage the development teams (internal and external), and be responsible for ensuring all program deliverables are met. This position is to provide program leadership, drive decision making, provide guidance to the program team and provide timely update to the Leadership Team.

Requirement

Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum 8 years product development or program management experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with OEM printer customers.
Good project/program management and leadership skills
Experience in printer technologies will be advantageous
