Program Manager (Supply Chain Fulfillment)
To provide
daily, teactical leadership to the account teams. This includes managerial
functions such as performance appraisal, employee development plans. To lead
cross-functional teams to effectively deliver products and services that meet
customer requirements outlined in the account Statement of Work. Also serve as
an escalation point on basic operational issues; work with Business Managers and
Sales on account management and growth strategies.
Work includes
Presales Support and Statement of Works
- provide program management support to 1 or 2 key accounts in Singapore
- presales support in areas of RFQ and RFP support
Project Management
- project manage delivery of BTO fulfillment requests within time and budget
-resolve problems that arise with other dept managements
- adapt at using project management tools
- ensure all transactions are fully documented through working closely with document analyst
- develop and provide production status, finished goods and material status reports
Master
Scheduling
a. To
work with Sales/Customer to analyse sales trend and forecast sales
b. To
provide manufacturing with customer forecast on a regular basis
BOM
a.
Approve and ensure overall data accuracy; including part setup and BOM
maintenance; job specifications and CAD’s drawings informations
b.
Prepare invoice; ensure all billings information are available to Finance
timely without error
Customer Care
a. Attend
to any customer complains and ensure that all Corrective Actions take place within timeline
b.
Identify recurring problems and develop preventive corrective solutions
Customer Inventory management
a.
Monitor inventory levels
b.
Control obsolete and excess inventory
c. Work
with customer to provide inventory model that will effectively reduce inventory
and increase inventory turns
Management
a.
Dividing workload among admin support employers; providing guidance and
monitory
b.
Performance appraisal of team members
c.
Improve work processes d. Work
in conformance with ISO quality standard
Requirements
1.
Degree in engineering or supply chain or business
2. 2-3 years RELEVANT working experience
3. Project Management or Program Management Experience
4.
Manufacturing experience or supply chaing fulfillment experience at 1st party or 3rd Party
5.
Leadership Skills and interpersonal effectiveness
6.
Excellent communication skills
7. Strong
analytical skills; use of problem solving skills and knowledge of SPC helpful
8. Good Customer service orientation
9.
Knowledge of PCs and applications
10. Print processes and specification
11. Documentation control policies and procedures
