Fab QA Senior Engineer / Engineer

Responsibilities:  

1.  Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance of quality system in the area of SPC, calibration/MSA requirement, APQP, FMEA, control plan etc.  

2.  Provide leadership in establishing systems / processes to continuously enhance current level of effectiveness & efficiency.  

3.  Host customer / third party audits and follow-up on activities with various departments.  

4.  Drive for effective Corrective Actions / Preventive Actions on customer quality issue, audits & complaints and verify effective closure of customer corrective & preventive action request.  

5.  Publish & drive improvement of quality indices.  

Requirements:  

1.  Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Materials Engineering.  

2.  Knowledge of Wafer fabrication process / module.  

3.  Knowledge of QS9000 / ISO9000 /TS16949 quality systems.  

4.  Auditing skills is preferred.  

5.  Patient, meticulous, independent and able to work as a team worker with good presentation and communication skills.
