HR Executive / Business Partner

Our client, a US network services MNC in town is looking for a HR Executive/Business Partner, APAC (1 year contract) with possibility to convert to permanent.

This position reports to Human Resources Director, APAC.

This role will be part of the APAC HR team responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function including recruitment and selection, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, HR statutory compliance andday-to-day human resource management. The HR scope spans across the APAC region including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle all recruitment activities across the region including online job postings, liaising with recruitment agencies, screening and interviewing of candidates and background screening.
  • Manage new hire onboarding process from employment offers to probation and confirmation.
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other related matters across the region.
  • Manage all employee benefits including medical, employee insurance and leave administration
  • Update HR records and administer HR information system.
  • Work with managers on training needs and coordinate all learning & development activities.
  • Support and assist with the development of organizational change.
  • Manage and maintain HR policies and processes in line with legislation and organization goals and objectives
  • Compile and submit timely monthly reports and maintain updated organizational charts
  • Partner with line managers to attract, motivate and retain talent
  • Collaborate as a key member of the global Human Resources team
  • Provide support in any other HR related projects




  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource with 3 - 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Solid hands-on experience in handling recruitment in the APAC region
  • Strong HR operational skills with an eye for detail
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in cross-cultural environment in the APAC region
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active and adaptable self-starter with integrity to handle confidential matters
  • Able to work well independently as well as within a team
