Learning and Development Manager

  • Plan and administer corporate training program based on the Learning Plan
  • General training administration
  • Manage funding and claims administration
  • Generate monthly training report
  • Conduct orientation/Company-wide briefing such as Performance Management Program
  • Coordinate with institution to meet the Line of Busines; needs for interns
  • Support in the development and consolidation of competency skillsets from all LOBs to support talent, succession and development discussion
  • Support in the development and management of an effective sucession planning process to identify gaps and develop strategies to support business needs.
  • Ensure the implementation of talent management processes in order to help Line of Business Heads to identify and develop leadership potential, talent pipeline, build talent pools and implement stategies to proactively manage talent risks.



Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Business/HRM with at least 5 years in L&D and talent management experience
  • Familiar with design and delivery of training programs
  • Excellent in presentation, coaching and has strong communication skills; competency modelling and skillsets, succession planning and talent management programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with key decision makers and different people in multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrated leadership, influence skills, creativity, problem solving and ability to manage complexity in addressing issues
  • Autonomous, a self-starter who can manage own time as well as influence, encourage and drive projects.
