Account Delivery Manager (HR outsourcing)

  • Act as a single point of contact for the Clients’ employees and management
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes
  • Build a strong business relationship with the Client
  • Provide service beyond data processing & transactions - advice, knowledge of internal process impacts, recognition of risks/mitigation
  • Oversee and ensure achievement of key HR service delivery and performance metrics
  • Maintain excellent execution of day-to-day HR operations duties, contributing to and implementing changes to meet the needs of the business and clients
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives in support of clients’ strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, laws, company policies and procedures
  • Work with internal team members to ensure HR services to the clients run smoothly, handle all queries and escalation requests

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess at least a Degree in Business/HR or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years HR Business Partner experience, preferably in an outsourcing environment
  • Strong HR operations experience with up-too-date knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations and legislation and best practices.
  • Experience in HR Business Partnering, working with different level of management.
  • Organized and meticulous
