Our client is a global IT services organisation.

Reporting to a HR director based in HK, the incumbent needs to

- develop overall recruitment strategy / initiatives for the region and mentor / support in-country recruiters in meeting the in-country recruitment numbers
- expected to handle regional recruitment / resourcing
- reponsible for generating and verifiying weekly report generation extracted from HR systems

He or she will cover  Hong KOng, Taiwan, China , Japan and South East Asia

REQUIREMENTS

- ideal candidate would have both the tactical search experience and higher level strategic planning experience in a internal HR organisation
- come from a fast pace, high volume IT related industry
