Our client a GLOBAL IT services organisation is seeking

Responsibilities:

1.  Assist in performance management, salary and bonus review  
2.   Prepare and participates in industry salary survey and regular benchmarking exercises  
3.  Provide analysis and maintenance of compensation data to support remuneration  
4.  Any other ad-hoc duties and special assignments

Requirements:

1  Diploma or Degree in HR or Business related discipline with at least 3 years of C&B experience, preferably with MNC 
2.  IT savvy, in particular excellent working knowledge in Excel 
3.  Ability to handle confidential data with focus on timelines 
4.  Able to meet deadlines, meticulous and accurate 
5.  Effective interpersonal skills, matured, positive attitude and team worker
