Reporting Manager : HR Operations Manager, APAC
Key Role &Accountabilities:
- As an effective team member within the Singapore Operations Team in providing high quality of day to day HR support
- As a functional specialist in Recruitment and Employee Relations
- As a key contributor in APAC team in providing accurate and timely management reports for the region
- As a champion to drive Workplace Health and staff events.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Recruitment (40%)
- Advise managers and employees on hiring process
- Monitor RMS and approvals of headcounts
- Source for candidates and follow through hiring process
- Prepare Comp Worksheet and seek approval on packages
- Create new employee records via Global form
- Provide feedback to HRSC on new employee data quality issue
- Onboarding (10%)
- Prepare onboarding kit and follow through onboarding process
- Organise New Hire Orientation Program and present HR C&B deck
- Termination (5%)
- Conduct exit interview and provide analysis
- Handle exit clearance
- Business Support (10%)
- Prepare LOA and offer package
- Prepare onboarding process for transition employees
- Management Reporting (5%)
- Prepare monthly New Hire vs Bench/Subco report
- Prepare monthly hiring report
- Prepare weekly recruitment tracking report
- Nessie data accuracy (5%)
- Ensure Nessie data quality maintains at 100% for mandatory fields for new hires
- HR Intranet / Training Records (5%)
- Update HR intranet whenever necessary
- Improve on ‘look & feel’
- Maintain training records for Singapore
- Employee Wellness Program (20%)
- Submit proposal and run Workplace Health Program
- Organize staff eventseg. Long Service Award ceremony
