Provide support to the Human Resources VP, APAC and HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources operational areas:
• HR processes in hiring, termination, performance management, salary review, payroll and mobility program
• HR headcount reporting at regional level
• Provide advice or recommendations to managers on HR practices and solutions.
• Constantly assist in reviewing HR Policies and Procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Human Resource Management with at least 5 - 6 years of relevant work experience
• Strong HR operational experience and preferably had worked in a fast paced MNC environment
• Familiar with SAP HR, MS applications especially Excel
• Detailed oriented, organized and very good with numbers
• Self-motivated and possess good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Salary: up to $6k
