You will report to the Assistant Vice President, Human Resource in the full spectrum of human resource management. Leading a team, your key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, developing and implementing compensation and benefits schemes and policies
  • Oversee compensation and benefits schemes, payroll and personnel administration
  • Support in annual performance appraisal, salary and performance bonus review cycle
  • Responsible for staff recruitment and on-boarding program
  • Managing employee relations to strengthen employee retention
  • Streamline HR processes with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in a HR generalist role, preferably in a unionised environment
  • Well verse in statutory legislations and requirements
  • Good knowledge of HR systems
  • A resourceful, organised, analytical and meticulous individual who is able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Driven and independent individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
