You will report to the Assistant Vice President, Human Resource in the full spectrum of human resource management. Leading a team, your key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing, developing and implementing compensation and benefits schemes and policies
- Oversee compensation and benefits schemes, payroll and personnel administration
- Support in annual performance appraisal, salary and performance bonus review cycle
- Responsible for staff recruitment and on-boarding program
- Managing employee relations to strengthen employee retention
- Streamline HR processes with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in a HR generalist role, preferably in a unionised environment
- Well verse in statutory legislations and requirements
- Good knowledge of HR systems
- A resourceful, organised, analytical and meticulous individual who is able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Driven and independent individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
