Our client is a US manufacturing company

He or she will be

Operationally run Singapore HR operations with support from 1 HR admin asst
Provide full spectrum of HR administration support in areas of manpower policies, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll (easypay)
Rollout and Execute any new HR initiatives from US Corporate HQ at country level
Provide HR data reporting input into Regional HR specialist requirements
Responsible for defining, measuring and improving HR policies
Plant Office General Administration and Management
Will be assisted by a HR admin assistant
