HR Generalist (APAC)
This position reports to the VP, HR APAC.
Key Role & Accountabilities:
Provide efficient administrative support on day to day HR operations as well as an effective assistant to VP, HR in managing special/ global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointments & meetings scheduling for VP, HR
Collating and managing APAC HR calendar (leave, public holidays, etc)
Collating and preparation of monthly APAC HR reports including tracking of annual HR KPIs
Collating and compiling APAC HR organization charts
Coordinating HR events and collaterals
Involving in Executive Compensation projects, including preparation of APAC HR budgets
Involving in HR Transformation projects and new business support
Organizing company events
Preparing purchase orders at APAC level
Supporting Learning & Organization Development on regional programs
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resouces with 3 years related work experience preferred
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through skills
Able to keep confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work independently and yet a good team player.
Salary up to S$4k
