HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall operational requirements in the area of talent acquisition & retention.
Formulate strategies with hiring managers to attract, retain and motivate right talents in the most effective manner.
Lead and partner with hiring managers to understand their talent acquistion needs and requirements.
Work with the Regional HR manager to roll out regional talent acquisition initiatives.
Provide operational support to track and monitor the hiring progress
Ensure rewards to talent management and development initiatives guidelines are in line.
Advise hiring managers on compensation profile and package to offer.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resouces Management or Business Administration (specializing in Human Resouces) or equivalent
At least 5 to 6 years specialising in HR recruitment in a MNC environment
Preferable has talent acquisition experience in an IT industry
Excellent interponsal, communication and influential skills
Self-motivated, resouceful and possess positive attitude

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary up to $5k
