HR Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits Management
Assist in performance management, salary and bonus review
Prepare and participates in industry salary survey and regular benchmarking exercises
Provide analysis and maintenance of compensation data to support remuneration
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning data on hires, transfers, performance appraisals,etc
Any other ad-hoc duties and special assignments
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in HR or Business related discipline
At least 3 years of Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably with MNC
Excellent working knowledge in Excel
Effective communicator at all levels
Able to meet deadlines, meticulous and accurate
Independent and yet a team player
Salary up to S$5k
