HR Specialist (Generalist)

This position reports to HR Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions with Supervisory role

HR areas include recruitment, organisational development and other HR related functions

Able to provide advice to managers on HR practices and solutions.

Requirements

- Degree in Arts/Social Science, Business Administration or a related discipline with at least 6 years of relevant HR experience

- Must have at least 2 - 3 years experience in supervisory role

- MNC experience is essential

- Self-motivated and possess good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

- Independent and yet a team player

Salary up to $4.5k

Candidates that can start work immediately or with short notice will be an added advantage.
