HR & Admin Executive
The Executive, HR & Admin is responsible for the day-to-day HR support and office administration services provided to all staff for the Singapore and Regional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resource functions
Handle monthly payroll administration.
Handle annual tax filing of employees’ income.
Assist in recruitment including ad placements, generating offer letters and new employee orientation, etc.
Handle all employee-related services including preparation of promotion/increment/bonus letters, staff confirmation and government survey reports etc.
Administer employee benefits including insurance claims, medical scheme enrolment/termination, medical claims, dental claims, corporate credit cards, season parking, home leave travel, corporate residential leases and service awards etc.
Process and/or track Work Permit/Employment Pass applications/renewals/cancellations for foreign employees.
Coordinate arrangements pertaining to staff relocation including movers and interim living.
Update and maintain all HR & admin files including employees’ personnel files and payroll files etc. in a timely and organized manner.
Update and maintain HR databases for personnel records, payroll records and talent pool.
Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare-related activities.
Assist in staff performance appraisal projects for both local office and regional.
Coordinate training activities across the Asian region.
Administrative functions
Purchase office stationery and general office supplies.
Ensure working condition and proper maintenance of all general office equipment, furniture and fittings.
Ensure good maintenance and smooth running of office facilities.
Assist in office renovation projects and office moves.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Diploma in HRM
Working knowledge of HRIS and computerized payroll systems, preferably visual paysonnel
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
