Our client is a managed services IT org

  • General administrative support to the service lines
  • Manage and administer the on-boarding of new hire & subcontractor, as well as leavers
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and office assets
  • Handle and collate all mails, courier consignment and distribution
  • Maintain and update corporate documents, eg telephone listing and organization charts
  • Perform the role of Fire Safety Warden

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder with 1 to 3 years of practical experience in administration, preferable in an MNC environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong administration, planning, coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Possess a positive attitude, is diligent and willing to learn
  • Has initiative and is a self starter
