Regional Product Development Manager (Marketing Communication Services)
• To understand customer requirements and the key market trends for the service offering to ensure our client has an compelling offering
• To create a ‘Go To Market’ strategy for MCS
• To develop and roll out the end to end service offering, the key elements being: technology, resources, defined service components,
training, generic processes, assessment & due diligence methodologies, implementation and transition plans and collaterals.
• Launch the chosen GSOs by country into the field sales and delivery organisations
• Support strategic account sales activities for new GSOs by being the centre of competence
• Develop strategic partnerships to deliver “best fit” solutions in country,f needed

Experience and Achievements
• Understanding of the relevant markets (APAC), key customer drivers and key areas of opportunity for the MCS service.
• Experience in the key characteristics of persolised marketing and multichannel communication, like marketing and campaign strategy,
customer analytics, relevant software technologies and electronic delivery channels.
• Experience and a proven capability in managing and delivering the development of outsourced solutions and services within agreed
timelines and budget.
• Senior level business consulting and/or project management experience in process analysis and change management.
• Experience of working in a pan-Asian environment.
• Ability to develop and implement business plans
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training courses
Education
• Tertiary qualification – ideally in business or marketing
• Desirable - Program or Change Management qualification / experience
Commercial andTechnical Knowledge
• Advertising agency industry background, preferable DM/eDM agency experience
• Understanding of the Advertising agency business within APAC region
• Business acumen – 10 years experience in management roles
• Minimum of 5 years of P&L responsibility
• Experience in selling document outsourcing solutions
• Experience in managing diverse team of professionals
