To provide ICT Pre-Sales Technical Solutions / Consultancy and Design for our client's Managed Services customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionand work with System Integrators to deliver end-to-end solutions for corporate customers


  • Perform role of overall solution architect integrating network solutions and managed voice services
  • To establish in-depth understanding of customer existing network design, communication setup and operating environment
  • To develop resilient and cost effective ICT solutions in order to win proposals or bids/tenders.
  • To facilitate acceptance of ICT proposals submitted by effectively communicating the strengths of the proposals to customers.
  • To work with key stakeholders (e.g EMC, GNOC, partners) to ensure all aspects of the solution are supportable.
  • To work with stakeholders and partners to ensure that all relevant costings are included in proposals to customers and that costs are optimized to maximize competitiveness.
  • To review and validate the technical design, architecture proposed by the partner to the client, ensuring solutions proposed by vendors meet customer requirements
  • Ensure an optimized architecture footprint for future expansion, from an IT and operational perspective, and integrated with communication and collaboration processes to gain higher value for users.
  • To ensure high quality ICT documentation (e.g. Statement of Works, customization records, etc) are created for all proposals won
  • To prepare win/loss analysis for proposals / bids / tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of networks designed


  • Relevant and expert level industry certification and extensive experience in an ICT Pre-Sales Solutions Architect role.
  • Preferably a degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent qualifications with at least 5 years of working experience in PBX / IP PBX industry
  • Experienced in working with Service Providers to launch and execute Managed Services programs
  • Familiarity with Cisco and other vendor’s IP PBX solutions would be a bonus
  • Familiarity with WAN and LAN networks. CCNA certifications will be an advantage.
  • Experienced in multi-level selling and comfortable in influencing CxOs, Contact Center Managers, Telecom Managers, IT Managers, etc
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing and communication skill
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies and able to work under pressure
