Drive complex solution sales by understanding clients’ business needs, translating identified needs into an IT solution, and positioning value proposition to clients.

· Act as technical subject matter expert in unified communications and collaboration practice.
· Support Sales Specialist with bill-of-materials and proposal creation for complex solutions, conduct internal meetings with Managed Services and Professional Services to discuss the services scope.
· Attend project kickoff and ensure smooth handover to Professional Services.
· Post sales support. Respond to client complaints and assist operation team to resolve problems.

Requirements
