Based in CBT area in singapore,

• Installation and configurations of Dealerboard systems, Voice loggers, servers, Cisco Switch/routers
• Support and service of customers under maintenance contracts
• Diagnostic and repair
• Perform system back-up
• Maintain hardware and software inventory
• Perform Voice and Data network cable patching
• Responsible in updating of documentation on customer regular basis
• Shift rota covering from 07:00 to 19:00 (some weekend working will be required)
• On-call support as part of the “Out of Hours” support rota

Requirements:

• Possess a degree or diploma in Computer Science or professional certifications in IT eg: MSCE, CCNA, CCVP
• Minimum 2 years of Telephony installation and support experience
• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience
• Voice recording experience would be an advantage (Nice, Cybertech, Verint)
• Good customer service skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• ITIL certified would be an advantage
