  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in Service Support Software Tools in support of PRINT Management Services (PMS) delivered for customers. Software Tools include Asset Management, Change Management, Incident Management , Problem Management, Release Managenent
  • Configuration, design, deployment, and maintenance of these software tools in Operation Support Centre
  • Report Administration — scheduling/subscription/troubleshooting
  • Manage effective deployment of these tools and third party solutions

Deal Pursuit Support

  • Configuration and design of tools during presales DESIGN phase of PMS deal pursuits.
  • Help to define specific requirements resulting in the creation, update, delivery, and maintenance of PMS  projects

Regional Support to in-country Technical Analysts

  • Provide technical support to in-country TA
  • Train and upgrade in-country TA competencies in PMS tools
  • Provide support to in-country TA in their pre-sales engagements


  • Represend Technology Team in internal sales training and customer presentation events

3rd Part Software Integration

  • Establish and build necessary interfaces to enable integration with third party financial or billing systems
  • Work with third party supplier development team to facilitate software enhancements
  • Support client escalation on 3rd party software integration issues


  • Execute technical projects/ adhoc tasks as directed by the Technology Manager
