Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with external partners in projects
• Work in SAP implementation and Upgrade Projects
• Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, administer system and provide technical support
• Perform system activities check, health monitoring and troubleshooting of SAP ERP infrastructure
• Provide regular reports on system performance, system uptime and utilization etc.
• Able to perform enhancement and optimization on database or system related process
• Finance Management (Project related)
• Project Planning & Controlling, Completion
• Service Planning & Controlling, Completion
• Business or Development Process Analysis and Design

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in IT or equivalent.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in SAP Basis.
• At least min 2 years as a team member providing SAP maintenance services in a 24x7 support environment
• Must be ready to work in 24x7 support environment if required
• Must have at least 3 years experience in providing SAP Basis support in large complex SAP setups
• Must have at least 2 years experience in SAP version 4.6c and higher, SAP BI, SAP XI, EP 7.0, SAP Solution Manager
• Must have experience in Unix & Windows Operating systems
• Must have experience in Oracle, MS SQL Server & DB2 databases
• Must have experience in performing SAP & Database Upgrades
• Able to prepare well-written proposals and present the content to clients clearly and convincingly.
• Experience in administering Oracle database & Unix/Windows Operating Systems.
