Our client develops and operates major electronic payment solutions in singapore

Reporting directly to the Manager, Software Development, you will be responsible for the following:

• Liaising with business users and software vendors to define user requirements specifications
• Managing production issues and change requests, and providing first level incident support
• Developing software test plans and conducting testing to ensure software applications conform to user requirements
• Developing and specifying standards, methods and procedures to determine software quality and release readiness
• Overseeing lifecycle maintenance activities to ensure strict compliance to software change management best practices
• Administrating software change management and deployment for smooth delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Computing Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in software design, testing, quality assurance and control
• Experience in software testing and incident management
• Sound knowledge in object oriented analysis and design (OOAD), Microsoft Technologies and .Net framework preferred
• Process-oriented with strong SDLC background
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
