Our client is a system integrator providinng Video Conferencing solutions to global MNC. They are looking for Fresh Diploma Graduate (as a management trainee) who is keen to embark on a career in their org

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, Testing & Commissioning of Video Conferencing System and Display (Projector, LCD, LED)
• Familiar with setup and configuration of Audio Visual Devices and Tele/Video Conferencing equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance of customer equipment
• ensure prompt and appropriate response to all customer requests base on SLA
• Ability to read and interpreting schematics diagram
• provide accurate, detailed and timely paperwork and reports to the management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering/IT/Computer Science
• At least 1 year strong working knowledge in TCP/IP environment (Sound and Audio)
• Good communication skills
• Be proactive in suggesting new methods and techniques to improve efficiency
