  • Provide 2nd level support to all Hospitality customer's  front and back office users, ensure all IT problems are resolved and Remedy tickets updated in a timely fashion.
  • Configure, Install and provide 2nd level support to all in-house applications such as Gaming Management System, Reservation system, F&B system, Virtual Rosters, and various Retail POS system.
  • Day to day deployment and configuration of desktop, laptop, blackberry device and IP phone. Create or restore Image to new laptop, ensure that all laptop are encrypted, all computers for deployment are joined to the domain and standard software are configured properly.
  • Provide 2nd level support to all network, printer and Internet/Intranet applications issues.
  • Manage vendors to ensure that all escalated issues are resolved within the SLA.
  • Assist new implementations or upgrades to existing systems, including project management, tracking and reporting.
  • Update and improve the IT Technical Support documents from time to time.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy IT installations and cabling of all hardware equipment.
  • Shift Work needed (rotational / staggered)
  • Base salary 2.5K and Gross up to 3K+
