• Work with Business Development in developing IMS related products and service
• Oversees technical skillset development and backfill support for client engagements
• Develop and monitor service metrics, service level agreements and reportings
• Lead and support other IMS team in the implementation of ITIL processes including Service Desk, incident, problem, request, change, knowledge, asset and configuration management
• Serve as a service management subject matter expert, driving the implementation of processes and tools across IMS
• Lead the adoption of IT service management best practices within IMS based upon ITIL and related frameworksJob
