You will be responsible for the provisioning of end user accounts and access rights in adherence with defined processes and access control requirements, with a strong emphasis on customer service. You will also support a global population across many platforms and applications and is responsible for user id creations, modifications, terminations and the addition or removal of roles and entitlements. You will be responsible for performing health checks within automated provisioning tools and correcting or resubmitting failed requests and support and dedicated to improve the end user experience and customer satisfaction. You will improve user experience through meeting service availability and performance targets, and meeting end user support targets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent degree preferred or acquired through a combination of education.
• Min 2 years prior experience with a strong focus on Customer Service and end user support.  Min 1 yr prior Security User administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Wintel, SSL/VPN, UNIX, SAP, SailPoint  - Identity IQ preferred.
