Our client is a regional BPO services player.

This role support NEW and EXISTING BPO (accounting services) clients requirements

• Provide project implementation on Microsoft Dynamics Business Solution (Navision)
• Provide post implemenation support and Maintenance on Navision
• Gather and document end-user business processes requirements.
• Manage user expectation .
• Setup of database.
• Conduct user training.
• Building of new reports or existing report enhancement basing on needs of the end-users in relation to customers’ request.
• Jet report customization.
• Provide prompt end-user support on business applications.
• provide solution road map that will map the user requirements.
