Reporting to the Regional CIO

The IT Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of IT shared services to Various Business Lines in Singapore
Manage a team of 6 including 2 infrastructure, 2 user support and 1 ERP applicaiton and 1 programmer

Role Responsibility:

Works with senior business lines management and Business IT analysts to plan, add or change computing requirements in order to support and improve business operational efficiency
Maintains high availability and proactive monitoring of networks, servers, common shared applications (Accounting and HR) and end user computering
Develops and manages overall IT budget for Singapore
Manage Phone communications support
Backup and DRP planning
Review and Ensure IT Security compliance policies
Vendor Management
Project Management

Requirements

Minimum 6-8 years working experience in an IT service delivery or operational management role with at least 3 years at management level
Good people management skills
A deep and broad understanding of IT technologies (infrastructure and applications).
Management of 3rd party IT solutions providers and vendors.
Delivery of major IT projects exp.
Management of business relationships, including communication at all levels of the organization.
