Responsibilities - Navision

• Implementation, enhancements, maintenance and the administration of the Microsoft Dynamics Navision System which supports Singapore office and overseas subsidiaries.
• Continuous Documentation and maintenance of SOP for ERP
• Work with staff to define continuous reengineering of system needs
  • Translate defined requirements to design specification and technical documentation
• Continuous support to users and work closely with the business to understand if and how to implement business and system process improvements
• Assist to Develop/ Code actual program or application code
• Conduct application and UAT before launch of system application
• Handle on-going User’s training on the developed system.
• Ensuring data integrity of implementation project
• Troubleshoot end user issues
• Train and manage System related issues

Responsibilities – IT System

• Manage and support network infrastructure (servers, network equipment, workstations)
• Deployment of security updates and antivirus definitions
• Management of IT network; provision of IT support to staff
• Desktop/ Server Support
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting Windows Operating systems and its applications
  • Perform basic server administration tasks
  • Maintenance of LAN and wireless networks
• Management and maintenance of CCTV systems
• Sourcing, purchase, backup and maintenance of IT equipment and services
• Troubleshoot all other IT related issues.

Requirements

• Recognized degree or diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology
• High Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Navision
• 2 years working experience in Navision system administration and infrastructure support
• Development experience with Microsoft development tools
• Familiarity with key database environments (SQL Server) required
• Implementation success
• Business analysis experience
• IT network routing, configuration, and support experience
• Flexible approach to work with excellent problem solving abilities
• Able to work well under tight timelines and pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Occasional travel throughout all locations will be an expectation for this role
