Our client is a global IT services company provideing real time, mission critical support services to the aviation industry.

This role will sit in their command centre (SG) as part of 12 hour support (8am to 8pm) required from this centre. The support will cut over to another centre in Europe to cover after their session.

Provide L2 technical support to Check-in Applications
to support, troubleshoot, analyze and investigate i
to install and configure applications
Knowledge of ITIL and service management practices and procedures

Experience

2+ Years experience dealing with Linux, SQL, MQ, Tomcat, Apache or dealing with Windows Desktop Installations
Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs
Operational and administrational experience working with Windows O/S
Infrastructure Support Experience - Desktops
Network and application support experience
Dealing with bespoke applications
Operational experience working with Linux O/S
Infrastructure Support Experience eg, Oracle, SQL, MQ etc.
WEB Server experience with Tomcat and Apache
Middleware experience with WebLogic and WebSphere

Education & Qualifications

Minimum Degree / Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent Telecommunications in country qualification, applicable vendor / technology entry level certification or equivalent work experience
ITIL Foundation Certificate
Six Sigma Awareness
