• SFA solution further enhancement design and implementations.
• Maintain. various documentation regarding the architecture of SFA/Sales Analytics applications
• Drive/ participate in proof-of-concept and prototyping efforts and facilitate rapid deployment of SFA, Marketing Management, CRM, and Sales Reporting solutions.
• Present recommended solutions and analysis to business leadership teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third parties, including contractors, vendors and potential vendors to identify and exploit opportunities to drive better value for the CMD business divisions through third parties.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or related field preferred, with a strong IT foundation
• Prior Consulting Experience
• - 5+ years experience of Salesforce.com
• Experience in building client-specific solutions on the Force.com platform;
• Experience in developing integration processes using SalesForce.com, Web Services API and third-party integration tools
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP;
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other databases is required;
• Ability to provide advice on best practices and approaches
