Proactive Surveillance Analyst (Wintel Servers)

• Provide day to day operation Level 1.5 support in a global command centre
• client/server administration for Windows,
• monitor server performance, management, administration and provisioning

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of IT experience preferably in command center environment
• Proactive monitoring and incident handling experience
• Experience in Windows Technologies
• Microsoft Certification (MCP/MCSE/MCSA)
• Exposed to Windows Server OS, Windows 7 / 10.
• Customer focus, Ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in VMWare and Virtualization
• ITIL foundation certification (Desirable)
• Ticketing tools experience (Desirable)

Staggered Shift Requirements

• rotate on weekly basis
• 1st shift 7:30am 3:30pm
• 2nd shift 12:30pm 8:30pm
• + 2 Alternate Weekend duties (Sat/Sun - 12 hrs). per month
