• Overall responsible for delivery of IT infrastructure solutions covering Data Centre, Systems, Storage and Network meeting all agreed customer SLA.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure solutions for running customer business critical & time sensitive / application.
• Instill customers first mindset – motivate systems engineers so that every customer interaction with service engineer is a positive one.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage infrastructure delivery and ensure compliance to IT infrastructure policies, procedures and oversee conformance to IT security policies from IT Security.
• Maintain and develop the Infrastructure Delivery staffing structure, processes and systems to meet the needs of Customer with the most economic deployment of shared human and system resources.
• Accountable for day-to-day IT Infrastructure Project implementation and delivery excellence through effective project management reviews of key delivery metrics and service level agreements.
• Manage vendors to ensure that they are aligned with the organisation’s goals and business needs in order to ensure the provision of optimal solutions and services.

KEY TECHNICAL SKILL / KNOWLEDGE

• Communication, presentation and persuasion skills
• Keep keenly up to date with current state of technologies.
• Successfully deliver infrastructural solution in multi-vendor environment.
• Keen business acumen & have tough negotiation skills.
