Business Analyst (MISYS SUMMIT)

Responsibilities

Full accountability of Test case execution, test results documentation and updates to the specifications (FSD / TDD)
Business Requirement Analysis ,Documentation ,Design , Configuration and Testing for Change Requirements
Requirement Discussion/Gathering from the customer , managing the Customer Meetings for Business Discussions and Evaluation / Estimation of Business Requirements
Guiding the technical team in terms of Business and Application knowledge
Timely reporting of interfaceIssues / bugs to vendor and follow up actively on the case till closure
Timely update of Issue registers
Determine, investigate, and resolve data / workflow issues
Preparation and Update of Standard Operating Procedures for Application Support team

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant Summit Experience and Knowledgeable in various investment instruments such as equity, fixed income, fixed deposit.
Good understanding of loader architecture like Gateway loader / gateway Fail queue management
Exposure and Knowledge of Back Office and Reconciliation functions related to Settlement, document processing and Accounting
A team player with good analytical/problem solving skills
Possesses initiative, is process-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a challenging and dynamic environment
Able to work independently, self-directed and solutions-oriented, good experience in customer engagement
Good communication skills, process oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies to solve quality problems
Experience in any quality testing related activities
Functional/Technical knowhow of any Trading platform will be added advantage
