Technical Analyst (Release management)

This role is within the Technology team to support the performance of non-functional testing. Non-functional testing includes the testing of application performance against technical measures as well as the testing of technical systems for failover, performance, DR, etc.

The role has a focus on non-functional testing of geographically dispersed web-based applications, which includes:
- i.Performance testing
- ii.Efficiency testing
- iii.Endurance testing
- iv.Security testing
- v.Load testing
- vi.Stress testing

Familiarity with testing software, which may include MS Visual Studio, Jira, etc.
Experience in test execution including:
- i.Creation of test scenarios and scripting
- ii.Execution
- iii.Evaluation and Analysis of test results
- iv.Documentation of test results
Demonstrate a structured approach to test and issue resolution
Familiarity with Microsoft-based architecture
Must have have working experience to support applications (either MS Dynamics CRM OR/AND eFront FIA) using Microsoft Windows server (2010), MS SQL server (2012).
Preferable to have experience in eFront FIA and MS Dynamics CRM.
Preferable to have Control M knowledge
Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders on technical requirements
Must have good working attitude and willing to learn new technologies.
Work directly with and serve as the liaison between technology teams and support teams.
Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
