Consultant (Swift Payment Implementation and support)

- Provide application support to business users’ issues
- Provide technical support for connectivity and associated operational systems.
- Monitor and provide change management and support of post-live systems
- Responsible for configuring/supporting SWIFT application Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform, SWIFTNet Link and SWIFT HSM
- Responsible for end-to-end implementation of systems and solutions to support business users and their daily operations;
- Enhance the SWIFT service delivery, monitoring and reporting capabilities
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and maintained
- Perform requirements gathering, analysis, solutions design and review
- Propose and implement suitable services and solutions to users
- Perform systems integration testing and liaise with users, IT teams and vendors on User Acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment of solution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience on SWIFT Payment System and SWIFT Alliance Access
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT message types, SWIFTNet Solution and SWIFT Alliance Gateway
- Basic IT Security knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Possesses strong analytical skills
- Meticulous and organized
