Principal Engineer (Release Management)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensured the performance of application release management
• Possess structured approach to tasks, necessary to ensure code integrity across environments and applications
• Manage and track environments and deliveries :
  • Manage the binaries or packages or deliverables from the vendors and deploy on to different environments
  • Ensure the code or data versions and interfaces are deployed/setup correctly on different environments/instances based on the requirements.
• Support Internal Team & Business Users on System Integration Testing & User Acceptance Testing.
• Act as a point of contact with other Technical teams Work with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
• Interface with vendor partners and design optimal solutions for integration with Microsoft CRM.
• Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions on the execution their plans.
• Work directly with and serve as the liaison between technology teams and support teams.
• Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT / Compter Science /Computer Engineering
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Preferable to have experience in eFront FIA and MS Dynamics CRM.
• Preferable to have experience in a Microsoft environment.
• Familiarity with Control-M Application Integration components eg. eDM, Summit, OEMS
