Monitoring Solution Specialist

• Solution Specialist with Enterprise Monitoring experience. Works with corporate-wide technical staff and large external clients on complex projects and tasks. May provide coaching to team members.
• Designs, installs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots complex monitoring software solution and its related services
• Standardize, develop, customize, tune and optimize monitoring solution based on requirement
• Integrate with other internal systems and ticketing tools
• Deploy and maintain automation engine solution for monitoring tools
• Responsible for provisioning, decommission and maintenance of monitoring services
• Perform long term capacity planning for monitoring suite of tools
• Troubleshoot and support for ticket escalated to Level 3
• Define processes and policies in relation to regional monitoring systems based on the Company processes, requirements and standard

REQUIREMENTS

• Recognized Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Systems/ Electrical / Electronic
• Minimum of 3+ years working experience IT Data Center Monitoring Systems
• Strong knowledge in IT Data Center monitoring solution and hands on experience in managing Microfocus/HP/SCOM and other monitoring products will be an advantage
• Experience with Windows / Linux /IBM AIX administration in an enterprise environment
• Incident, Change and Problem Management Skills (ITIL)
