SAP Application Consultant (Hyperion HFM, B1)

Application Support

Providing 1st level operational, technical and functional support for SAP System, SAP B1 System and Hyperion HFM/FDM System.
Tracking of Production Issues from reporting to closure, adhering to the service level on a consistent basis
Respond to clients problems efficiently and effectively with a solution and takes initiatives to recommend possible system enhancements or improvements where appropriate.
Perform service and maintenance of SAP, SAP B1 and Hyperion HFM/FDM Systems
For Senior Consultant role: conduct regular meetings with the key business users providing updates on operation and projects

Projects

Responsible for requirement study, analysis, design, development, implementation and post-live support.
Provide analysis of business requirement and recommend application solutions/changes to SAP and Hyperion HFM/FDM
For Senior Consultant role: must be able to execute and deliver projects independent or with project manager
