Security Governance and Compliance Analyst

Perm Position

Assist our client in identifying, assessing, monitoring and mitigating security threats and risks to our client infrastructure and systems and digital information assets, as well as carrying out policy alignment and compliance activities.
To establish governance framework, internal policies and to react accordingly to the changing technological, security and threat landscape.
Ensure all risks to our client and digital information assets are fully dealt with to maximise the use and resiliency of technology deployed.
Examine requirements issued by government and implement practical governance controls within our client
Ensure compliance with policies and governance frameworks, through the monitoring and conduct of regular audits.
Conduct investigations and initiate enforcement actions on contraventions of relevant regulations and frameworks
Plan and conduct regular internal control and compliance reviews according to stipulated frequencies based on our client IT security policies.
Support audit requests, track and monitor all audit follow-ups for implementation, and ensure closure to address control issues and gaps identified during audits.
Provide an integrated and comprehensive compliance plan while addressing all audit concerns within stipulated timelines. Requirements: (Indicate the qualifications, education, associated training, background knowledge, skills and attributes to perform the job competently)
