ROLE

This role will see you implementing and supporting interface(s) builds on top of the BizTalk Server Platform. Independently manage small/moderately sized projects and change requests, starting from requirements gathering/documentation till release to live environment

PROCESS

• Technical analysis, build and unit testing, quality assurance, system test and implementation accordance with the IT development life cycle.
• Test and deploy all software & bundled patches
• Deploy code changes and updates
• Monitor servers and applications
• Document deployments and any configuration changes
• Continuous Improvement, optimisation, consistency/sustainability
• Participate in the Out of Hours support roster

TECHNOLOGY

• Responsible for the Administration and Management of Enterprise Middleware Environment
• Participate in Service Oriented Architecture & BizTalk disaster recovery exercises
• Performance tuning and optimization of existing middleware environments

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in developing integration architectures in large organisations with complex  heterogeneous IT environments
• Experience in design, development and support of BizTalk 2006, 2010 and 2013 applications
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and emerging leading practices in this area
• Ability to create design artefacts to allow deployment and support of applications
• Solid Development background in the following technologies: C#, .Net, SQL, IIS and SharePoint
• Experience with source code management systems (like Team Foundation Server, GIT, VSS)
• Experience with SAP Adapter implementation and REST Services experience
• Experience and understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, framework and methodologies
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Experience in delivering IT technical service and process in line with ITIL methodology.
