Support Engineer (remote, 2-3K)
Prior work experience in a helpdesk environment.
Good Customer service skill plus
Technical/business knowledge.
Must be able to speak and write fluent English and Chinese (Must be very strong in these 2 languages).
Environment : Supports a lot of applications pertaining to Business (Finance,HR,Sales order…) plus also some knowledge on Technical Infrastructure such as desktop,Server,NW, WAN..)
- Require a generalist with good knowledge and prior experience on Business applications, specializing in at least 1-2 unique applications, eg. SAP, HR, Finance,etc. Training will be provided.
- Require general knowledge on Microsoft. Hardware experience not mandatory.
