Systems Engineer (Netware 6)

1.  Remote maintaining and administrating of Netware 6.X servers and Wintel servers.  

2.  Server OS patching and security patching  

3.  Users login account creation, users password setting/resetting.  

4.  Netware NDPS printers creation.  

5.  Daily servers data backup using CA BrightStor ARCServe 11.1 and Veritas BackupExec 9.X  

6.  Implementation of company policy, users access rights  

7.  End users support  

8.  Liaise with hardware and software vendors  

9.  Assist Service Desk Agents troubleshooting and problems solving  

10.  Technical training for Service Desk Agents
